Learn how to:

- Make a variety of ganache centers (white,dark,and milk chocolate creamed with European butter and liqueurs)

- Temper chocolate

- Dip and roll chocolates

- Mold chocolates and truffles

Nothing shows you care more than gifting a box or bag of hand rolled chocolates! In this class, you'll learn the art of making a variety of ganaches, and also, tempering and dipping the chocolates.

You are welcome to bring tupperware, gift bags, ribbons, or bows, so you can wrap up your creations to take home.

HOW LONG IS THE CLASS?

Approximately 3.5 - 4 hours

Gluten-Free

WILL I GET FULL IN THIS CLASS?

Probably not.

You will be making plenty to take home! But this class is not centered on a meal. Baking is essentially chemistry, and this means it is heavy on instruction; it also means long baking times. There might not be anything to snack on well into the class. We recommend having a full meal before coming to class.

What Is Your Age Restriction Policy?

AGE RESTRICTIONS

At this time children under the age of 12 are NOT allowed to participate in ANY of our classes. No exceptions.

If you would like to enroll a teenager in one of our classes, a parent or guardian must be in attendance with him/her. He/she may ONLY attend baking classes, cooking fundamentals classes, and Saturday morning or afternoon classes.

PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF OUR EVENING CLASSES. All classes are BYOB and persons under the age of 18 MAY NOT attend evening classes - PERIOD. If anyone under the age of 18 arrives for an evening class, he/she will not be allowed to participate and monies will not be refunded.
