Best of all, there's no need to go anywhere to pickup your gift certificates. During the checkout process, you'll get to create a nifty, customized certificate to present to that lucky person! After you checkout, all you have to do is print it and gift it! The happy recipient will then be able to pick the class of their choice that is available on the calendar and then enter their gift certificate code to apply the gift value. That's it! They will be signed up and ready for some sweet cookin' good lookin'!
All gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and have no cash value.

Cooking Fundamentals Package
With the Cooking Fundamentals Package you get five classes geared towards helping you become a better chef. The package includes
the following classes:
1. The Knife Skills Class
Learn to use the steel, sharpen, care for, and handle your knives. We'll teach you how to choose the best knife for you, chop,
dice, slice, chiffonade, and much more.
2. Stocks, Sauces, and Kitchen Equipment
Learn basic items to keep in your fridge, freezer, and pantry. Make homemade stocks for soups, classic mother sauces, small sauces,
salad dressings, and more.
3. Cooking Techniques
Learn the fundamental cooking techniques in order to prepare anything from the store. We'll teach you about different cuts of
meat, how to cook them, and discuss how to pair them with sauces learned in the previously mentioned class.
4. Choice of 4th Fundamental Class
In the first few weeks of culinary school, you learn all about pasta and seafood, but we also know you have busy schedules and
need some quick dinner ideas - for those of you who love to bake, we've got you covered, too!

Cooking Club Membership
When you sign up for our cooking club annual membershup, you get to take one class a month, every month, at a huge discount.
We have many regulars at Well Done and wanted to reqard them with this membership. If you can't take a class one month, you can
roll it over to the next month, or even share it with a friend.
As a member of the cooking club, you'll receive the calendar and get to sign up for classes a day before everyone else.
You'll also be the first to see new instructional videos, fun recipes, and much more!
Each class in this membership package is valued at $69 per class - 80% of our classes are priced at $69.
If you would like to upgrade to a $79 class, it is only a $10 difference.

Generic Gift Certificates
Not sure which package to buy? Let the recipient choose his/her own class. Most classes are $69 per person, per class.
Classes that have wines or beers with them, classes containing lamb, steak, or lobster are $79.
Our knife skills class and most baking classes (excluding our chocolate classes) are $59.

We offer a variety of cuisines from countries around the world. With the culinary world tour package,
you get to choose any five international dinner party classes. Whether it's an evening in Paris, or a
refreshing meal in the Caribbean, you're to find cuisines you will love, or even discover new and exciting ones!
We'll educate you about the flavors, ingredients, and history behind the recipes, as well as educate you about
where we acquire those sometimes hard to find ingredients in the city. This is a great way to impress your
friends with what you learn at your next dinner party!
