This class gives you a glimpse into the decadent options a vegan lifestyle can offer, you won’t miss any of the cholesterol with our Vegan Comfort food menu! Veganism is the practice of abstaining from the use of animal-based/tested products, particularly in diet, and in an associated lifestyle that rejects the commodity status of animals. A follower of a plant-based diet or the ethical lifestyle is known as a vegan. All meals that vegans consume are plant-based which is often used interchangeably with the term vegan. The secret to making any "diet" your permanent lifestyle is understanding proper cooking techniques and substitutes that yield flavor to make up for the reduction in familiar flavors. Whether you want to understand more about the vegan diet, currently practice and want to learn more recipes, or just want to expand your cooking horizons to something new this class is just what you need!
