The purpose of the Three Course Dinner series is to show the home cook how to make a complete gourmet experience at home from the starter to dessert.  These classes are great for singles and couples both old and new.  We also provide wine suggestions below for you to bring to class.  All classes are BYOB.

Starter:  Fried Asparagus with Chipotle Hollandaise

Main Course: Herb crusted rack of lamb with sweet pea and parmesan risotto

Dessert: Chocolate Clafloutis with caramelized mandarin oranges

Wine Suggestion: Australian Shiraz or Nero d’Avola from Water 2 Wine
