The purpose of the Three Course Dinner series is to show the home cook how to make a complete gourmet experience at home from the starter to dessert. These classes are great for singles and couples both old and new. We also provide wine suggestions below for you to bring to class. All classes are BYOB.
Starter: A Fusion of Carrots, Fresh Chilies, and Cheese Pureed into a Savory Soup
Main Course: Pan seared Steak with Balsamic reduction and creamy pesto mashed potatoes
Dessert: Bananas Foster
Wine Suggestion: BYOB - A Cote du Rhone or Piedmont King from Water 2 Wine
