This class was inspired by so many of our friends who suffer with Celiac Disease.  Gluten is the product in baked goods that basically causes them to rise and give a chewy texture.  Without it, often your breads end up looking like thick bricks! 

Yet, so many have to live without because their bodies simply can’t digest it.  It’s so hard to find good recipes that will come as close the original, but in this class we’ll discuss ways you can experiment using products such as potato flour and xanthum gum to lighten and lift your baked goods.
